In addition to duties listed with Denali, Calculating, processing, and reporting union dues for up to 8 different unions as well as troubleshooting problems and addressing questions from union employees regarding union dues, pay, and general reporting.

Served as the main contact for information regarding benefits, leaves of absence, reviews, and other Human Resources related issues for 60 employees as well as interpretation of HR law for situations that arise with the employees. Updated employee information, processed raises, and completed research on employees in EV4. Processed payroll for 50 employees and answered payroll/HR related questions.

* Enrolled new hires in employee benefits (health, dental, vision, and life insurance), processed terminations in benefits and enrolled and processed employees electing COBRA coverage. * Backup to process payroll through Oracle doing either entry or process, as per SOX compliancy. * Processed, documented and tracked all manual check requests. * Developed and maintained various spreadsheets that documented all new hire and termination activity in payroll as well as various payroll projects through Oracle and Discover figuring out bonuses, getting vacation balances, etc.
