Review full P&L of various BUs/SBUs, pricing strategy, working capital, VCM walk, E4E projects and find root cause of YoY, actual vs AOP fluctuations. 2> Cross-region communication with commercial business partners in China, Australia and Malaysia for APAC Pro Forma P&L reporting and business dynamics, covering 4 SBU (business unit) and above 40 legal entities. 3> Reconcile data and partner with IT BP for reflecting APAC P&L in Digital Finance, with knowledge on the gap between SAP, BO, FDS, Digital Finance. KEY PROJECTS： 1> SG&A Digitalization and Analysis Project: restate the scope of SG&A and restructure the reporting format. Streamline the process by digital tools. 2> Forecast accuracy/GBE Ranking Project: Launch data visualization projects with Tableau / Power BI tool

1> Lead cross-region audit projects, deliver critical insights to business stakeholders, provide feasible recommendations, and escalate high risk audit observations to proper leadership. 2> Support US CORP Controllership for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing, coordinate the interview meetings between Deloitte US and internal stakeholders. Lead SOX testing in APAC and raise observations in SOX testing process. KEY PROJECTS： 1> Cash application global audit: cover APAC independently and raise observations to audit managers in Europe and internal stakeholders in US. 2> Project-based accounting audit: work as team lead and raise observation on bidding process, suspicious goods delivery, revenue recognition. 3> Procurement audit: cover full cycle of procurement to payment and raise observation on unauthorized payment.

1> Experienced in the auditing of retail & luxury business, automation manufacturing industry, commercial property management industry, etc. 2> Lead a team on site. Propose audit adjustment according to CAS/IFRS standards and prepare audit reports. KEY PROJECTS： 1> Acquired business (ASSA ABLOY): Conduct specified procedures on key area like revenue recognition, costing, inventory management. 2> Retail business (Swatch Group, Richemont Group): review marketing expense, boutique management and E-commerce. 3> Auto part manufacturing (The Cummins Group, Robert Bosch GmbH): Focus on the pricing and costing, inventory management (consignment).
