I managed certification requirements and status' for the Motives Certified Training Program. I planned and organized classroom set-up, supplies, presentations and materials for Certified Trainer’s training. I maintain, update and organize training documentation ensuring brand consistency throughout publications in a timely manner. I organized and maintained filing systems for all documentation to ensure accurate recordkeeping and retention. I prioritized, prepared and routed all incoming and outgoing correspondence, mail and copying in a timely manner.

I manage new product development, marketing and sales of cosmetics, anti-aging and personal care brands for an internet marketing and product brokerage company. I research industry trends and analyze current product sales to identify new product selection. I oversee product throughout the product life-cycle from conception to launch. I work with the Web Merchandiser to proactively develop marketing plans that create growth in sales. I work with the creative team to develop materials centered on presenting and teaching new product information and application.
