My guiding philosophy is that everyone should be given the capacity to feel empowered to be active agents in their communities. My future goals are to take on roles that gives me agency to advocate on the issues I am most passionate. I hope to continue to learn mechanisms through grassroots efforts and on a policy level that I can create social change. I envision myself working within an industry that allow me to work alongside communities to continue to assist in their efforts for equality and equity through social impact. I hope to continue to engage and find avenues to enhance my efforts as a political social worker.
