Supervision and Quality Assurance of the construction of new Boris bike docking point construction

* Supervising and monitoring the TBM operations within the tunnel. * Calculating ring positions and sequences. * Ring construction QA * Setting up the site facilities including sheet piling works, CFA pilling works, Marine pilling works, RC works, structural steel welding works, and ground monitoring

* Setting out and supervision of hard landscaping (Footpaths & seating areas) * Setting out and supervision of soft landscaping (earthworks, swale construction, tree planting, etc) * Producing ITP’s, Redline drawings, and As-builts for each aspect of work. * Supervision of earthworks remediation. * Monitoring stockpile volumes and import/export movements on site. * Monitoring health & safety and environmental issues on site. * Keeping records of measure agreements with the client. * Producing final hand over drawings for each area of work. * Writing and implementing RAMS for each part of the works. * Site supervision of sheet piling retaining wall being installed.

* Supervising the construction of two 20m deep shafts and a 100m long tunnel * Monitoring and implementing Health and Safety on site. * Keeping a full record of daily activities * Controlling the line and level of the TBM within the tunnel with the assistance of the site surveyor. * Writing and implementing the method statements and risk assessments for each part of the job.

* Setting out and monitoring the construction of bridges and underpass’s. Works included piling, reinforced structures, reinforced earth retaining walls, erecting beams. * Supervising the sub-contractors * Keeping records of as-built information and daily diaries * Health and Safety for the relevant area of works.

* Setting out and monitoring the construction of surface/foul water drainage * Supervising the drainage sub-contractor * Keeping records of as-built information and daily diaries * Co-ordination of all import and export materials to the site * Validation of materials used on site to meet the remediated ground criteria * Preparing final validation

* Team leader in charge of organising and running survey projects and survey parties. * Undertaking large topographical and cadastral surveys * Liaising with the client and pricing future works * Producing as-built and topographical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and LDD. * Producing drawings and road design’s for local authorities and small private clients
