We are developing and testing a new kind of medical digital dynamic checklist. Witth the software Tracebook we can develop these checklists, because it is connected to the electronic health record and therefore able of providing checklists that are: 1. Dynamic, because they show patient specific items for specific caregivers. 2. Providing real time information for the user to help him complete the checklists 3. Context aware 4. Able of checking items automatically based on medical rules. For this PhD I investigate the clinical impact and direct benefit of these checklists it in the medical world. Activities and Societies: Part of the Impuls II program; a collaboration between Catharina Hospital Eindhoven, Technical University Eindhoven and Philips.
