* Lead and evolve the IT Service Management Function for Group IT. * Manage Continual Service Improvement for IT Processes and Services and ensure alignment to: * o IT Operations Capital and OPEX Budget * o Alignment with RAC Business Plans and Activities * o Alignment with other Project related activities * Accountability for Application Lifecycle Management and operating in a DevOps environment. * Manage the IT Cost Allocation model for IT Services * Manage the IT Service Catalogue and ensure that IT Services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Levels. * Manage the Contract and Vendor Management processes and ensure adherence to corporate Contract Management Plans.
