Ashish Rawandale-Patil

Is a Urologist, Innovator, and Healthcare Entrepreneur with over 25 years of clinical and academic experience. Based in Dhule, Maharashtra, he founded the Institute of Urology and Tejnaksh Healthcare Ltd., expanding a single urology unit into a recognized national brand with multispecialty hospitals, simulation labs, manufacturing, and R&D centers. With a passion for medical innovation and education, He has 43 innovations, filed 18 patents (12 granted), and has authored 150+ publications. His work has been acknowledged by: Guinness World Records (Twice), Limca Book of Records (Twice), India Book of Records (Twice), Shark Tank India (was funded) and even featured in Ripley's Believe It or Not. He is a recipient of American Urology Association & Singapore Urology Fellowships, Antia-Finseth Innovation Award of the Rural surgeons. He is also a visiting Faculty, National & International Academic Bodies. He is a recognised post graduate teacher and Mentor for Atal Incubation Centres, Arab Association of Urology, Singapore Urology Association. He is on the Editorial Board: American Urology, British Urology, IJU, Urology & Nephrology Intl. He is also the recipient of Best Innovation Awards (6x) – Urological Society of India, Founder, Tejnaksh Healthcare Ltd. (2008) & Research Center: Recognised by DSIR, Govt. of India for R&D, Built India’s first indigenous PCNL simulation lab, Started India’s first stone analysis lab in Dhule for stone prevention, Patent Holder for breakthrough PCNL instruments.
