Main process quality control. Verification of BOM as per model. Responsible for productivity & process improvement. Responsible for implementation of 5’S Manpower planning and job allocation. Attend and solve the problems related to the product, process, machines and customer. Cost Control by reducing Rejection and Rework. Working with other departments to achieve daily production, quality & scrap targets. Selection of right machinery & jigs on the basis of product’s application and requirement to enhance production. Analysing the problems using quality tools & providing respective counter actions. Monthly Innovation activity & review presentation to the top management. Analysis of product field failures & implementation of appropriate counteractions after carrying out in-house simulation activities.
