o GRN, Invoice, checking of bills & passing them to Finance Dept. o Material Management, Taking Physical stock, Daily major material Issue and Receipt. o Managing Nonmoving Item and Slow-moving item, Physical verification & Inspection of all receipt goods · o Preparation of Monthly/Yearly Physical Stock report, Maintaining Minimum stock. o Reparation of daily Issue and receipt Reports, Preparation of Daily/Monthly/Weekly Consumption Reports. o Issue & Receipt of all Material (Store material, Raw material etc.) o Preparing Day-to-Day MIS report, Raising Purchase Requisition. o Inventory Audit report, Yearend closing Report. o Analysis and Adjusting variance in Stock, Quarterly physical inventory Audit of warehouse stock. o Procurement process, Quotation, RFQ, Quotation compression. o Monitoring Manpower o Maintaining day to day movement report in store inward and outward. o Ensure The store area is kept clean and tidy and free from Hazards. o Keeping Track of the stock levels and ensuring stock is stock correctly and safely o Verification of materials received notes. o Verification of material Issue note. o Preparing Loading and unloading bills as per contractor rates

o Preparing Transport Bill, Invoice, E-way bill o Coordinating with transporter for timely availability of material and vehicle o Follow up with supplier. o Proper loading and unloading of material. o Maintaining Daily report for movement of material. o Checking of material before moving them to warehouse. o Tracking of material to reach in time. o Preparation of MIS report
