1. Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives. 2. Build and maintain relationships with all department , external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals 3. Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks 4. Design strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs 5. Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement. 6. Working with managers and staff in the development of financial, sales, production, expansion, Quality, Research and development and budgetary plans.

1. Identify and implement staffing requirements for efficient operations, maintaining a strong culture and work climate that attracts and retains staff, and drives the organization’s mission 2. Create complete business plans for the attainment of goals and objectives set working alongside the board of directors. 3. Work with staff on annual benefit and additional fundraising events, and oversee all external communication materials including marketing , quality, research and sales. 4. Serve as the face of the organization and actively participate in external events, both increasing visibility, credibility, and brand in the market, and developing strategic partnerships in order to increase community awareness . 5. Build and lead an effective team dedicated to fulfilling the organization’s mission through highly successful program implementation, community engagement, and fundraising targets.

1. Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation 2. To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments 3. Create well-designed, tested code using best practices for website development 4. Create websites and user interfaces, using standard HTML/CSS practices, while incorporating data from back-end databases and services 5.Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs. 6. Develop or validate testing schedules, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure various computers can access content 7.
