Worked for the Design of Echo City under the supervision of Debra Efroymson (Regional Director, Path Canada, WBB)

Same Responsibility of the above position.

* Project management for Core (CS & PS), Service, IP backbone Network rollout / expansion / Upgrades / Swap. * Responsible for Site preparation, installation support, quality control & quality assurance, network integration and acceptance. * Timely readiness’s of passive-infrastructure for core sites by follow up with local/foreign suppliers and SPOC for core site related issues in technology domain. * Infrastructure management from site acquisition through construction to energy management. * Plan quality standards & disseminate HSE guideline/ policy for project activities. * Multiple vendor management of Huawei, Ericsson, SSD tech, On-mobile and various Local vendors having various MVI activities.

* Project Management of Infrastructure & Optical network * Project management experience on 1600km ‘Optical Fibre Network’ implementation with Bangladesh Government and Railway authority. * Project management experience on Government body (Bangladesh Railway) and local vendor. * As build drawing preparation, drum planning, Hand hole construction supervision, Fiber optic Splicing and Loss measurement by OTDR. * Field inspection, monitor & control regular activity. * Quality assurance, cost optimization and standardization of the project. * Vendor evaluation, management and development through training. * New concept & Idea for cost effective project implementation * Conduct acceptance test and Smooth handover by PAT. * Site survey, BOQ & Technical documentation preparation.

* Responsible for Customer perception and Service wide research programs i.e. customer experiences from service channels, quality assurance, mystery shopping models, market intelligence framework and industry benchmarking. * Created a solid knowledge base by gathering, managing and disseminating global best practice and institutional knowledge of the product. * Draw customer experience as the tactical and viable differentiator and recommend strategies to retain & win back customers. * Various ad hoc report on customer behavior analysis & insights, marketing customer view etc.

* Engaged in Thailand TRUE Operator IMS Project that includes Projects * VoLTE, * VoWiFi, * VoBB & * Femjo. * Support Thailand DTAC Smart Care project * Support Nepal NCELL Modernization project (FTK + SWAP)
