Responsibilities： After joining in HP I was assigned to HW repair department. Well knowing the flow of the repair process, the interaction of the relevant departments, the composition of PC and printer internal operation, basic knowledge of repair technology, and some related tools ，we support HP commercial desktop and printer products. when there is something wrong with their PC and printer, they will call us ,and we have to analysis and solve the problems by phone .If it is the HW problem, we focus which parts of the PC and printer is wrong and send Japanese engineer for onsite repairment. Achievements: Got the Customer Star Awards。

Responsibilities： Help the Japanese customers to solve problems which was caused by Norton Products In Japanese　by phone or E-mail or chat. we have to learn the products (for example: Norton Internet　Security products for Windows,　Norton security products for Mac, Norton security for Android, Norton system works, Norton Utilities, Norton Ghost, Symantec PC Anywhere) very well. We are not allowed to do the support independently until after passing the product test , IT test and Japanese test of Symantec. The Japanese customers will call us if there are some troubles with their PC or Norton products. we have to analysis and solve the problems by phone or E-mail or chat. Achievements: Got the Monthly Top7 for several times。
