Asfandyar Sheikh

I am a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales with over 14 years' experience in immigration, corporate services and global mobility, the majority of it with Fragomen. Based in Riyadh, I manage the immigration account for a leading multinational professional services client, acting as their primary point of contact across all immigration matters in the Kingdom. Earlier in my time in Saudi Arabia, I established Fragomen's Premium Residency and Corporate Services practices from the ground up, recruiting and building out the teams and broadening the firm's offering beyond immigration. Through that work I advised a wide range of clients, from high-net-worth individuals and investors to start-ups, SMEs and larger corporations, on establishing and running their operations in the Kingdom. Much of what I value in this work is helping clients make sense of a complex regulatory environment and move forward with confidence.
