This relates to activities related to industrial services and mechanical work. • Ensure all the resources required for the projects are available internally by aligning with the corresponding divisions or request a well-planned requisition to the procurement department to enable timely mobilization of equipment and material delivery to the project site • Ownership of the equipment’s and resources of AYTB industrial department at Site • Preparation of Job Planning Sheet, job tracking, and Monthly Income report. • Business Development and achieving targets. • Establish the project closing documents and forward them to the finance team to finalize the invoice as per the client’s requirements and ensure that the payment is in the pipeline. • Coordinate with the maintenance in all technology-related issues and resolve The Quality / technical issues by coordinating with the Concerned Disciplines • Site visit and prepare RFQ reports. • Review Proposals and make calls on changes prior to submissions. • Involved in Contract Renewal, Estimations, Follow up on PO, Invoicing, and Payments.
