I combined the Product Manager role of internal automation system and Backend PHP Developer, writing code two days a day. Reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for the P & L model of the unit. My job was to analyse business process problems, find and implement technical solutions for optimization of day-to-day tasks of digital managers, sales and account managers, deploy new software and provide consulting and support mechanisms. Key Results: - Launched Intranet portal allowed us to link employee compensation to project results. Result: Increasing performance on 20% YoY, unit P&L optimization. Also, HR folks were happy with grades, perks, badges and ability to build a solid motivation program. - Successfully divided agency’s processes to accounting and digital production, implemented customer and project management system. That allowed us to expand expertise from context search advertising to also mobile advertising, mobile analytics, social networks ads targeting, video advertising, working with influencers and bloggers, deep web analytics with data-driven attribution models.
