Part of the design team in Ziv Av Technologies, with duties including: - Mechanical design of complex systems and mechanisms using SolidWorks, contributing to multiple projects from early concept through detailed design, manufacturing, and delivery to the customer. Hands-on involvement across the full product lifecycle, including design reviews, interface definition, and manufacturability considerations. - Work closely with multidisciplinary teams inside the company (electronics, purchasing, assembling) and with external manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring robust designs that meet functional, structural, and production requirements. - Perform structural simulations to support design decisions, including static and dynamic analyses in SolidWorks Simulation. Conduct CFD and thermal simulations using SimScale to evaluate flow and heat transfer behavior.

Part of the Israeli Navy's Naval Architecture branch, with duties including: - Responsible for all CFD simulations for the Israeli Navy including vessel drag, Fluid-Solid interaction, propulsion, hydrodynamic coefficients and seakeeping simulations. - Develop software for engineers such as automatic shock absorber & yield strap calculations, stability wizard for hydrostatic stability of ships, data analyzing of heeling and trimming experiments and more. - Research stability of Israeli Navy vessels, review static and dynamic strength reports and write stability and strength booklets.

Part of the Israeli Navy's Naval Architecture branch, with duties including: - Designing new and innovative systems for Israeli submarines, which included first concept design, full CAD modeling, 2D drawing portfolio, Finite Elements simulations and supervision of manufacturing. - Managing high impact projects with Israeli and foreign companies. Leading projects from SDR stage to full integration with the submarine, including Factory, Harbor and Sea acceptance tests (FAT, HAT & SAT). - Research naval architecture aspects of submarine according to military standard including safety envelopes, compliance with environment conditions, stability, buckling, strength and shock & vibration calculations. - Department expert on static and dynamic Finite Elements simulations, and shock & vibration calculations.
