Aryan Tulsyan

I am an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Venture Capital practice at AZB & Partners, Mumbai. My work focuses on advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, strategic investments, and regulatory matters. I hold a BA LL.B. (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School. During my academic tenure, I authored over 30 publications in leading journals and blogs, served in editorial capacities including as Editor-in-Chief of Mapping ADR, and represented JGLS in premier international moot court competitions such as the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court, the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court, and the IBA ICC Moot. I maintain a strong interest in corporate governance, international arbitration, and investment law, and am committed to delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
