As Head of Shared Services at ADNOC Distribution KSA, I am responsible for leading and integrating core business support functions, including Human Resources, Procurement, Information Technology, and General Services. I bring over 10 years of progressive experience in HR and contracts, with a strong track record in both corporate and startup environments. Earlier in my career at Saudi Aramco, I built a solid foundation in HR and contract management, with a focus on strategic planning, recruitment, operations, policy implementation, and organizational development. I then served as Senior Manager of HR at one of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) portfolio companies, where I led a full-scale HR transformation. This included designing and executing HR strategy, establishing governance frameworks, implementing HR systems, and aligning people practices with business growth objectives in a startup setting. My leadership style is collaborative and results-driven, with a focus on operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (Second Honors) and a CIPD Level 5 certification. I am committed to driving business value through high-performing shared services and HR strategies that support long-term growth and organizational resilience.
