Lead and manage a team of 14 District Coordinators and 102 Block Coordinators across multiple divisions to strengthen district and block-level health interventions. Provide technical guidance, supportive supervision, and mentoring to field teams to achieve programmatic targets in Routine Immunization, RMNCH+A, Family Planning, and Nutrition. Facilitate divisional and district-level reviews, coordination meetings, and convergence workshops with health officials, partners, and civil society organizations. Represent the program in Divisional Commissioner and Additional Director review meetings and ensure timely follow-up of key action points. Oversee capacity-building initiatives for block and district functionaries of Health, ICDS, PRI, and other departments through training and on-site mentoring. Conduct field visits and supportive supervision for strengthening service delivery platforms such as VHSNDs, PMSMA, Sub-Centres, PHCs, CHCs, AWCs, and schools. Lead data analysis and evidence generation for identifying gaps, improving interventions, and documenting best practices, innovations, and human-interest stories. Strengthen cross-sectoral convergence with Education, ICDS, Rural Development, UPSRLM, IMA, IAP, and other stakeholders to enhance community health outcomes. Coordinate divisional-level emergency responses and campaigns (Polio, JE-AES, MR, IMI, COVID-19, Stop Diarrhea, Dastak/SRNA) through planning, monitoring, and advocacy. Present progress reports, key findings, and impact assessments at divisional and district review forums for data-driven decision-making.

Build Capacity of a team of 9 District Coordinators, 70 Block Coordinators and more than 500 Community Mobilization Coordinators (In various divisions) to assess their training needs, prepare training agendas, modules and learning material to team members for improve their knowledge, skill and attitude. Training material based on Communication, BCC and for specific topics related to Polio,Nutrition, Immunization, Community level activities prepared and training implementation with reporting done in a planned manner.

Supported routine immunization programs including campaigns, cold chain management, Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Days (VHSNDs), Promotion of Family Planning, Promotion of institutional deliveries, community follow-up of SNCU graduates, Stop Diarrhea campaign, and also contributed responses to public health emergencies, including Polio, JE-AES, and COVID-19, through planning, capacity building, supportive supervision, use of data and review at various forums. Mobilized cross-sectoral support for the Health Department from Education, ICDS, PRI, Rural Development, UPSRLM, IMA, IAP, and other stakeholders through strategic convergence.

Supported Pulse Polio Programme(SIA-NID and SNID) routine immunization programs including campaigns, cold chain management, Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Days (VHSNDs), BSPM, Stop Diarrhea campaign, and also contributed responses to public health emergencies, including Polio, Polio Plus, through planning, capacity building, supportive supervision, use of data and review at various forums. Mobilized cross-sectoral support for the Health Department from Education, ICDS, PRI, Rural Development, UPSRLM, IMA, IAP, and other stakeholders through strategic convergence. Implemented block-level interventions to enhance immunization coverage, supervised field teams, and collaborated with education and health departments to promote routine immunization and public awareness.

Supported Pulse Polio Programme (SIA-NID and SNID) and routine immunization programs in community through communication activities. Prepare a cadre of stakeholders and Influencers to promote and support health related intervention in between High Risk Area community.
