My Profile: Process Safety Management, Hazop studies of Critical Processes, Operations Managment, Technical services in Chemical Process Plants (CS2 Plant- 40000 TPA, Sulfuric Acid Plant-281000 TPA, CS2 Recovery Adsorption process-7200 TPA, waste water treatment- 70000 MCD, water treatment plant- 85000 MCD, Boilers-400 TPH, Utilities-comp, chillers, Power Plant- 38 MW. Expansion and modification project evaluation, designing and execution. Leading Root cause Analysis, Identification of Process safety Issues, Co-ordinating with Design and Projects for Proposal and Implemention.

In Sept 2009 Lanxess took over Gwalior chemical Industries limited, and improved the operations and capacities of the plant. My Profile: Cross functional Operations management, Production, Planning and coordination with sales and marketing, Project coceptualization and execution, SHEQ methods and procedure developments, evaluations, Hazop studies, Design of experiments for improvemental projects, and development of new products, basic data collection for scale up. Audit Planning, Liason with the Govt. bodies, management of Statutory inspection and visits of officials.

Company Profile: Gwalior chemical Industries Limited, was a leader in manufacturing of sulfur base chemicals (Thionyl Chloride, Sulfuryl Chloride, and Sulfur Di Chloride), and Chlorinated derivatives of Toluene (Benzyl Chloride, Benzal Chloride, Bezo Tri chloride, Benzaldehyde, Benzyl Alcohal, Benzyl benzoate, Sodium Benzoate, Benzyl Acetate, Cinnamic Aldehyde) The turn over was around INR 450 crores. My Profile: Responsible for site Operations Management, Technical Services, Project Management, Utilities Managment, Planning Function, Co-ordination with Sales and marketing, QHSE etc.

Was heading production of CMAC, and other sinthetic Pyrothroids.

Responsible for the Operation Management of DVACl plant, of Capacity 50000 TPA.

During my tennure commitioned 4 plants, Fluoro Toluene, FluoroBenzene, Para Fluoro Bromo benzene, and Boron Trifluoride Plant, stabilized the productions, and debottlenecking done in BF3 Plant.

Worked in Production dept. (TMP Plant) for 2 years and 3 years in Projects dept. Done few energy saving projects, Aspen simulations of distillation operations of Methyle chloride column, Shifting of White phosphorus plant from Ankleshwar to Jhagadia location.
