Key Responsibilities: - Recruiting for technology roles in the European market, - Discovering new talent profiles that fit vacancies requirements, - Creating search filters to find highly targeted candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, GitHub, etc. - Processing candidates’ applications for different openings within the company, - Identifying the best candidates who are likely to apply for open positions, - Actively collaborating with different managers to align priorities, - Reaching out to candidates who are not necessarily looking for a job on LinkedIn and by email, etc.

- Participating in the process of drafting annual training program, - Organizing seminars, trainings and other similar events in the bank, - Organizing the regular and extra attestation testing at the bank, - Preparing the reports on professional staffing, education, trainings, - Designing a vacation schedule and ensuring its implementation, preparing of personnel orders and other documents, - Cover the head of the division etc.

- Preparing employment, transfer, dismissal, leave and other individual legal acts approved by the CEO in accordance with the requirements of RA legislation, - Forming and running personal files of new employees of the bank, - Provision of contracts with higher educational institutions of the RA and the process of organizing the students’ internships, - Organization of competitions for the retraining of interns, ensuring the selection, training and evaluation process, etc.

- Preparing, accounting and registering of contracts, supplementary agreements, notices and personal files relating to acceptance, transfer and dismissal of the banks employees, - Assistance in the organization of external and internal competitions for vacancies, - Preparation of the relevant references for employees, transitional leaflets and orders etc. - Reviewing CVs and attending recruitment events such as job fairs, career days and other events to source candidates etc.
