I am working at Mongolia crude oil refinery, Dornogovi, Mongolia as DGM- Admin & Security. I am employee of Meil, India who is constructing the refinery under guidance of Eil, Govt of India. At present the refinery is in project phase and I am responsible to provide security cover the refinery & safeguarding the assets & staff of the MR refinery, Eil & Meil Campus. I also responsible to provide Administrative support to the company at the site. I am also headed additionally all Admin issues including transportation, residential & food facilities for more than 200 staff & 1500 workers.

Managed all the concerns related to Security, Civil administration/ Police/ land authorities Liaison, Transportation, Admin, & IR with a cement plant namely RCCPL Pvt Ltd ( operational as well green field project phase ) and dolomite mines and headed 220+ team.

Managed all concerns related to Security, safety, IR, liaison with Civil administrative/ Police authorities, Transportation, valet operation, issues raised by Guest with two 5* hotels (dual responsibility) namely Lebua Resort, Jaipur and Lebua lodge at Amer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. (1) protect a company's assets & staff/guest/visitors from invasion and harm. (2) Perform services to assure the safety & protection against injury/death, molestation or intimidation & loss or damage from any preventable cause including fire, theft, embezzlement, damage or destruction,trespass, espionage, or sabotage. (3) Maintain & update a property loss & prevention program. (4) Report & track all incidents. Also investigate/evaluate incidents & determine course of action. (5) Discover source of security breach. (6) Install & maintain safety alarms around building & perimeter. (7) Supervise & control parking procedures. (8) Set up & maintain video surveillance i.e. CCTV system. (9) Install & maintain access control system. (10) Organise & conduct periodically safety & security training.

Served Indian Armed Force namely ITBP Force and guarding Indo- Chiana boarder, taken part in various anti naxal operations and remained trainer /faculty with various GD/ technical (Telecommunication) training centres during posting like Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Odisha, Chhatisgarh, Shivpuri (MP), and Amritsar (Pb.) etc. Job Responsibilities- *Formulate police rules and regulations. *Plan action work so as to make the best use of available funds, personnel, equipment, and supplies. *Gives assignments and instructions to sub-ordinates & junior staff and supervises their work. *Assigned as Commander of the patrol division, ROPs, detective division, BOPs, command post, or as supervisor of the subordinates and personnel. *Supervises and directs the activities of all subordinates. *Enforces compliance with orders issued by superiors. *Ensures that the work of the department is performed in accord with established rules, regulations, and procedures. *Responsible for maintaining the efficiency, discipline, attitude, and morale of the staff under command. *Conducts continuing inspections of personnel, performance, and equipment. *Takes a leading part in establishing and maintaining helpful and cooperative relations with civic, police & judiciary authorities, local public to maintenance of law and order for the interest of nation. *Directs the establishment and maintenance of records and files. *Will be required to learn to utilise various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the agency, office, or related units.

Qualified multi-stage selection test and interview resulting in appointment as Security Officer in Special Protection Group (SPG), Cab. Sec., Govt. of India, which provides security to Honorable Prime Minister of India along with Ex-PMs, on 28th October 1996. ✓ As an SPG Officer, provided security cover to Honorable Prime Minister of india and Ex. PMs of India and their close family members like Dr. Manmohan Singh, Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Smt. Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Rahul Gandhi etc. at their office/ residence and during tours/visits (Internal and abroad also).

Graduated with Marketing management,Management Accounting, Cost Accounting and Computer Application & Commercial Practice during course of Govt. Job with Distance education.
