Handling Chennai ,Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad (T1 Cities)Supply Strategy. Overall managing the Sourcing .Responsible for hiring bike riders, manage and run onboarding and Training SOP. The role would required the candidate to perform the follow tasks. . Strategy and Planning: Assist the team in implementing the operations strategy for effectively scaling the Sourcing requirements of the company with regards to the Bike Riders. Channels Management: *Referral :Scaled referral channel performance from 25% to 33% with in 5 months with low Cost per one ride is not more than the given budget-, *FOS(FE/FR): Initiated a pilot project with 5 FOS in all 4 T1 cities and scaled to 10 FOS in each city , with FOS Contribution to 5%, *BTL: Working with City team and understanding the market , Offline activity initiated based on the city supply requirements, *Vendors/Hub: Supported to Scale up vendors count from 10 to 45 number with in 3 months and supply contribution increased from 4% to 10%. New Initiative: * Under the Captain Benefit program, added Pharmacy, Diagnostic ,Bike Service to retain and controlled the attrition, *Piloted Vaccination drive for Chennai and vaccinated 500 Riders with free of cost. * Approaching E_bike company to provide the vehicle to the riders who is looking for an leasing/subscription model. Award: Achieving the highest referral(38%) contribution and for initially scaling up FOS. Awarded in "Great Job" Category award for Jan'21

Hiring Delivery Executive to all the 6 cities like Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Madurai, Salem, Trichy. Ensuring the 100% target achieved in all the cities. Onboarding new Hiring vendors to improve the hiring percentage and doing the cross-functional activity to better understand the process and challenges. Doing the Cost analysis regularly and hiring within the given Budget. Activating the Sourcing channels and BTL with low-cost. Reducing the Funnel drop out % and Increasing the daily walk-in count by driving the Team.

*Handled cities like Mysore, Ballari, Belgaum. Taking care of the Last Mile Operation, DE shift Adherence, Payout related, Field Audit, Fraud Investigation, FM Escalations, etc. *Crisis Situation handled and the city comes to normal status within 24hrs. *Taken Ownership and Initiated for Flood relief, drive the team for essential distribution in Belgaum city. *Awarded Best AM for the AMJ2019 Quarter to achieving the Ops Metrics. * Working with Cross-functional teams like sales and Vendor Management, helped to solve the Restaurants related issue.
