Was part of the HR Advisory team in Gurgaon and then Bangalore. Worked on areas including facilitation and reporting of Assessment Centres for various mid and senior levels at large Government PSUs - was the SPOC for 2 of the 3 Assessment Centre projects that I worked on and managed these projects end to end at various locations, as required by the clients. Also worked on various Skill development projects with the Skill Development Councils in New Delhi. Gained exposure to client relations, project management and vendor management.

Was moved into this role as part of an IJP program. Handled the role of a QC and was responsible for the quality and accuracy of content that went into the database/product that the organization was building. Handled quality checks of team mates and gave feedback. Was responsible for work allocation and daily reporting to the Team Lead.

Was part of the data research team of the then 6 month old start-up, building the product/database form the scratch. Was exposed to online research, content generation from various sources including American journals, newspapers, portals like Factiva etc. Was responsible for identifying content suitable for the database and ensuring the quality and accuracy of information.
