*Proactively built strong relationships and established a vast network with over 200 of farmers in the Anuradhapura District, driving collaboration and growth. *Spearheaded the introduction of innovative farming technologies such as greenhouse farming, protected agriculture, open-field farming, and micro-irrigation to help traditional farmers modernize and increase productivity. *Managed and executed the Keells Govidiri Project,vegetable&fruitvaluechainimprovement initiative, optimizing quality and market access for localproduce. * Delivered practical training sessions, hands-on workshops, farm monitoring, and geo-tagging to improve farming techniques and expand the source pool for quality produce. * Led field trials on new plant varieties, fertilizer blends, and agro-chemical treatments, analyzing results and documenting findings to recommend the best options for local agricultural conditions. *Coordinated daily purchase orders at the collection center, ensuring timely procurement and maintaining high￾quality standards for export orders of vegetables and fruits.
