Roles and Responsibilities - Source new products to keep up with technology and market demand. - Use strategic negotiation tactics with existing suppliers to achieve better pricing. - Identify new sourcing options that offer quality and lower costs to avoid dependency on a single supplier. - Negotiate payment terms to ensure maximum benefit for the company. - Prepare detailed product information for label and packaging design as well as website presentation. - Monitor production status and ensure product quality meets the agreed specifications; inspect goods before shipment. - Track shipments to ensure timely delivery by suppliers. - Prepare necessary documents for purchasing and coordinate with relevant departments. - Handle import documentation, review CI, PL, BL, FE, and coordinate with shipping department. - Use inventory management systems to avoid overstocking or wastage and plan for reordering. - Manage issues related to product quality, handle customer claims, and provide technical support to the sales team for customer communication. - Introduce new products to the sales team.

- Procuring products and materials (e.g., hand tools, power tools, high-pressure equipment, engine equipment, and electric equipment) from China. - Expertise in developing local vendors and reducing the cost of product and material procurement. - Experienced in implementing inventory management systems to avoid overstocking or wastage. Responsible for setting up monthly and quarterly procurement plans. - Coordinating with the finance and accounts departments to ensure timely payment to vendors according to supply terms. - Following up closely with suppliers to ensure on-time dispatch of products for production, in line with delivery schedules and agreed terms and conditions. - Evaluating vendors and negotiating prices. Collecting quotations from various vendors and negotiating prices, terms, and conditions.
