Roles & Responsibilities: • Responsible to market the bench consultants. • Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the level of performance expected from the candidate (expert/intermediate/Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.) and deliver the same. • Targeting tier-1 vendor and Implementers to have a successive Ratio. • Updating the resume of consultants daily in the portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder etc. • Submitting the resume of the consultants for the requirement posted in the portals. • Sending hotlist of the consultants to preferred vendors on a daily/weekly basis. • Knowing the updates about the submittals made. • Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients. • Schedule in person / Telephonic interviews. • Building up good Database of candidates and clients. • Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position. • Finding suitable requirements for candidates on bench.

Roles & Responsibilities: • Marketing USC and GC, H4 EAD, GC EAD consultants. • Achieving successful target assigned every month. • Searching Requirements on Monster, Dice, Google Groups and Tech Fetch • Applying Consultants resumes for jobs on Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder and Tech Fetch • Working on resumes, mock calls, Interview etc. • Involved in active submissions of candidates on our IT positions • Placed Green card holders and Citizens on our payrolls for different skills. • Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings. • Monitoring and follow-up till final selection. • Coordinating with the Vendor in getting the shortlist, Interview schedule of the Consultants.
