Worked as Senior SHE Manager at Ircon International Ltd for Kochi Metro Rail Project  Managed SHE activities from startup to project handover stage, and achieved zero major accident target. Implemented SHE Management systems from scratch and was successfully accredited by BSI.  Incharge of ISO 14001-2015 & OHSAS 18001 management system documentation. Other responsibilities included,  Identifying client requirements, preparation and implementation of Safety, Heath and Environmental management plans. Ensuring compliance to various Safety, Health, Environmental and labor Legal and other requirements. Preparation of training plan, modules and tracking the effectiveness of training. Conducting frequent site and system audits and expediting the closure of observations Liaising with various regulatory bodies like SPCB, Labor officer etc.

Primarily in charge of safety of company’s activities at Fiat premises, encompassing over 500 employees Working closing with client’s safety professionals to adhere to the FIAT WCM safety management systems. Preparations of safety reports and documents and represent company in meeting with customer. Conducting regular Internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs and address the deviation. Carryout periodic fire and safety audits in other localities and recommend actions to improve safety Carrying out task level Hazard identification and Risk assessment for each job. Educate, train and inform the employees on Health, Environment and Safety aspects. Incident investigation, analysis and implement programs to prevent the recurrence.
