As a Sr.Project Procurement & Logistics Manager along with Project Manager Cross function support role ( Multitasking). - Working with Sourcing team & Buyers to make market analysis , strategy during ITO phase and support selecting right products, right subcontractors & supplier. - Leading Sourcing action for technical, negotiation and finalizing Orders for Civil / MEP / FPS / Erection works Subcons. Finalizing all the substation equipment’s with Internal PLs & External Vendors. - Planning and implementation of Logistics strategy ensuring on time deliveries are met / delivery as per INCOTERMS, desired business sales are met for invoicing. Coordinate with project team and foresee the product storage, handling and distribution. - Coordination with engineering on approvals, DC from client, site coordination for the readiness of cleanroom, installation, T&C of substation equipment's and ensure on time delivery. - Leading coordination meetings with PLs for engineering, MFC, FAT, dispatch, tracking the order via MTA till it is reached the destination and client inspection (SRC). - Key interface between Project Management and subcontractor / suppliers in resolving and negotiating any conflict resolution (Win - Win Situation) and also supporting contracts Dept for any claim related topics. - Leading team of OFS & organizing weekly, monthly meetings jointly with project team, leading meetings to monitor OTD, CDD, BDR, CTC supporting regional KPI review meetings. - Leading action in implementation of QMS Process & guidelines for Procurement & Logistics by conducted internal audits across PPLM of MENAT region to standardize the process. - Being “Quality Ambassador ” of Procurement Dept, leading the NC, LL & Supplier evaluation management and support the team MENAT to resolve the NC within “Target date of resolution”. - Part of Global GE team for CoPQ process improvement and tools/smart sheet development and “Quality Suite” development.

As a Civil Project Manager, substation specialist reported to Operation Director DOR: - Tendering: Supporting the Primary Engg in finalization of s/s layout during tendering & BOQ. - Sourcing: Active participation with sourcing offer negotiation, comparison , finalizing Subcons / Suppliers / Erection contractors and POs. - Engineering: Providing optimized solutions for design by interacting with the technical project team in finalizing Primary design / layouts, feasibility analysis and conceptual planning ( FFED). - Planning: Providing strategy, assisting in preparation of the Project baseline. - Site Mgmt: Main interface between Engineering, Operations, Site team, multiple Subcons and client to ensure smooth site execution / progress and taking crucial decisions to resolve the site issues and plan Procurement related delivery. - Monitoring & Control: Leading the Project & RISK review meetings to present the status to top management w.r.t cost & schedule baselines. - Cost / Schedule Control: Leading CTC & BDR review meetings & manage the costing of the project. Setting sales & billing milestone. - Contracts Mgmt: Supporting GE contracts in contract doc review before release & signoff and support for claims resolution and negotiation . - QHSE : Ensure Company Quality & HSE policies are followed at site. - Client Mgmt: Build and foster relationships with clients/consultants with respect to detailed design / approvals and resolving issues to facilitate site progress. - Project Closeout: Leading Project Closeout process, closing all warranty related issues, PAC & FAC. - Middle East Cross Function Support : Along with above roles, worked in parallel as a Project Manager for different division and projects in Qatar , Oman & Bahrain. o Control Centre project (15M $) with OETC, Oman. o Project tender presentations for Civil works(100M$) f EWA, Bahrain. o Supported for 66/11kV Lusial LRT substation Project ( 30M$) in Qatar.

As a Project Manager (6 yrs) led the Qatar ABB Civil Dept & reported to Head of Civil Department in ABB, Manheim, Germany and locally managed large team of site managers ( Civil/ MEP/FPS). o Managed 3x 400/220/66kV S/s and , Multistorey substation (part of huge car parking & office setup) and 2 No fully underground substations (successfully completed 2 x 66/11kV fully u/g s/s; minus 3 story below GF) part of huge development. o Looked after site execution of Civil Works / MEP/ FPS system in coordination with ABB Site Managers, collaborate with consultants, client and subcons throughout the project life cycle. Ensured the execution requirements are met as per the company’s mission and as per the companies strategic vision for construction, environmental and energy utilization. o Supporting Engineering Dept for Primary layout and civil design inputs (FEED). Finalizing Subcons, main interface for Civil/ MEP/ FPS design with Subcons and primary interface with design consultant / client to ensure on time submission & approval of documents for project success. o Monitoring and controlling all project aspects including compliance to project specifications, cost, scope, timeline of the projects. o Preparing Project baseline with planning team and monitoring / controlling the same throughout the life cycle of the project. o Managing large site team and coordinated with subcontractors on daily site execution / solutions. Providing necessary trainings. o Coordinating with client, developers, PMCs and resolve all the technical issues on daily basis. o Coordinating with the electrical & Civil site managers for clean room access for installation of equipment’s. o Led project handover, closeout, preparing cash flow analysis, updating all project documents& report with support of team. o Also, in parallel to PM role, supported in Tendering process /bidding stage ( ITO) back end office in Manheim, Germany and strategy meetings for Civil / MEP / FPS works.

As a Construction Manager: Led big team of Site Managers for 15 Nos 66/11kV (3 No) & 11kV ( 12 No) package s/s all across Doha, Qatar under various Municipalities and managed multiple packaged substations and looked after complete site coordination, Subcontractors and client management to ensure site execution done as per set milestone as per baseline ; key interface for resolving site issues; Liaise with Consultants and Client for inspection of Civil / MEP / FPS works are carried as per project specification and Ensure clean room for equipment installation, testing & commissioning, as built submissions and building completion certificates.

- Worked as a QA / QC Engineer in 400/132/ 66kV Substation in Al Ain South West.. - Mainly worked in Ruwais Refinery ULG/LSGO for package substations ( 6 x 66/11kV) as a Quality Engineer. - Das Island for Infrastructure project ( Accommodation complex containing 600 units) completed in record time of 6 months. - Preparation of Project Quality plan, ITP and project checklists. - In charge of site QA / QC Engineer and ensuring implementation of Quality policy and control of project and involved in the Quality auditing process. - Conducting inspections with EPC contractors ( Civil / MEP) and consultant / client to meet project requirements. - Active involvement in project closeout as per Parsons protocol ( checklist) being a Lead QA / QC for previous projects. - As a Project Engineer for ULG/LSGO project, I was the site in-charge and supporting the project management in meeting target dates and daily reporting / resource management ( manpower / material ). - Finally, worked as a Lead QA / QC involving in Audit of other sites and submission of Audit report to Quality Manager.

My first exposure started in IISc ( www.iisc.ernet.in) a world famous science & technology education hub in Bangalore - India. - I worked as a project assistant and was part of team worked on FEM and FEA analysis ( Earthquake Resistant building model / analysis. - Soil studies; study on black cotton soil and invention of soil stabilized cube which can act as alternative to normal brick in construction industry.. Published Paper with principal research scientists / professors. - Worked as a lead Project Engineer in ASTRA involved in design & construction of Biogas plant and combustion plant for generation of electricity for villages (supplied electricity to 300houses).
