Within a short span, I have developed with the meritorious mind to promote & nurture social enterprises. Working on innovative themes like livelihood, affordable diabetes care, waste to values, C2C models, E mobility, Circular Economy, climate change, innovative housing (Urban and Rural Housing) & converging them with various schemes has made me unique in the field. Professionally trained from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, World Bank Group, European Commission, Hamburg University of Applied Science and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade to lead on diversified thematic areas. Strongly associated with Govt. & private sector projects for successful implementation. Last 14 years have exposed me to lead on Livelihood promotion, establish the hub and spoke model of diabetes prevention and care under a hybrid model in Odisha, analyse the social enterprise ecosystem, social enterprise promotion, incubation, and nurture start-ups at lower-income states of India. Published paper on "climate change and disaster governance" at IDS, UK as a bursary scholar.
