My career journey—from Trainee Engineer to Superintendent—has been defined by hands-on expertise in plant operations, large-scale project commissioning, and continuous process improvement. I actively mentor and train emerging professionals in chemical pulping, fostering innovation and technical excellence within teams. Academically, I hold a B.E. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Project Management, enabling me to blend technical depth with strategic execution.
