Silterra, Kulim(2020-Present) •Responsible for maintaining the required uptime and performance of 12 systems, including Novellus Dual/Triple Speed and Novellus Sequel Express Chambers, running Silane and deposition processes. •Provide 24x7 troubleshooting support and guide in-line technicians to resolve issues efficiently. •Perform equipment upgrades as per customer or project requirements, aligned with the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP). •Maintain comprehensive documentation for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities. •Manage departmental inventory and control part-related expenses effectively. Infineon, Kulim (2020-2022) Maintenance Engineer •Provide support to production tool down event with immediate action by repairing the failure parts, sourcing for components/part availability over the world in order to get the tool uptime. •Verify, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, refurbish all kind of tool equipment for etching tools, parts, sub parts, such as PCB, Switch Mode Power Supply, DC-DC converter, transformer, computer, monitor, controller and LCD, touch panel, ect. •Proactive repair by upgrading IC, diode, transistor, capacitor to higher grade • Perform PCB level troubleshooting, component level troubleshooting, study and understand the root cause, and apply necessary prevention. •Support other team module during tool down. • Service Remote Plasmas Source (RPS) Astron unit that are used in semiconductor manufacturing to clean chemical vapour deposition (CVD) chambers KEYSIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, Penang Technician • Familiar with hardware/ Software like schematics, oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer and schematic diagrams. • Part of a team that processing and test on final assemblies Arbitrary Waveform Generator Product. • Debug the failure unit and replaced faulty components with good spare. • Calibrate repaired unit, re-test and sent for shipment.
