Fifth generation at the helm of Grupo Ruiz, where I serve as CEO of a family-owned company with more than 135 years of history. Today, we lead mobility in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco with a fleet of over 1,200 vehicles and a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and creating a positive impact on society. I am passionate about transforming mobility and redefining how people connect with their surroundings. I believe in technology as a catalyst for change, but also in people as the true driving force behind any transformation. My day-to-day combines running the company with driving forward new strategic projects—always keeping citizens at the center. Beyond leading, I enjoy building the future: Pioneering the use of new technologies and sustainable energy across our operations. Strengthening governance and ensuring the continuity of our family business with a long-term vision. Expanding into new markets and exploring investment opportunities. Actively participating in business and leadership forums that enrich my perspective and connect me with other leaders.
