I was in the team of people whose job was to expose and develop all the products of Mitra Adi Perkasa. I focused on the training and sharing of knowledge and skills from management team and store staff.

Representing a Norwegian shipping and engineering company. During my time as the managing director I was blessed with the chance of connecting Norway and Indonesia together with engineering company from Germany in developing clean water supply project for East Kalimantan.

Selecting Indonesian handicraft to be exported to the American market. At that time, 800 people from Ubud, Bali were recruited to be our valuable partners.

I managed three office branches each of which responsible for the placement of technical services (Expats) for the oil and gas industry.

For all clients, I always challenge myself to share and develop an applicable training solutions. I am in charge of training the trainers both inside and outside the company; so that my belief in a better society will come true.
