• Coordination of the entire factory logistics process: incoming, storage, shipping, supply of components and raw materials for production assy lines and machines; • Coordination of production planning processes to ensure customer demands: Labor planning, materials planning, production planning (MPS, S&OP, OSP); • Coordination of the processes for capture and emission invoices, observing particularities and controlling reports in order to ensure that the information for dispatch complies with current standards and legislation; • Participation in meetings with superiors and peers, presenting logistics results and KPI’s; indicating and discussing ways of improvement, in order to achieve or exceed expected results; • Factory inventory management to minimize overstock and ensure production supply; • Leadership of multifunctional logistics teams (administrative and operational), promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment; • Monitoring KPIs and key analyzes to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement; • Management and guarantee of compliance with safety standards and controls in operational logistics: Inspection of pallet racks, inspection and maintenance of PIT’s (forklift, pallet trucks, etc) general logistics safety standards (PPE's, equipment transit speeds, safety for trucks, safe stacking of loads, training of personnel qualified to drive logistic equipment, etc.); • Implementation of Lean principles to eliminate waste, increase efficiency and reduce operational costs (VSM's, improvements in stock layout, organization of stock in locations, production recording processes, line supply flows and routes, ensuring FIFO compliance, etc.); • Identification of opportunities to reduce logistics costs, such as using extra freight, optimizing routes, loading and unloading positions, reducing excessive movements and unnecessary expenses; • Application and control of the logistics cost and expenses plan, prioritizing spending needs;

• Development of Operations Basics standards within the M+H Production System; • Management of key projects within the organization's strategy; • Evaluation and proposition of improvements and optimization of processes in order to reduce costs and generate products with higher quality; • Control and verification of key Lean Manufacturing indicators and KPIs within the organization's strategy; • Conducting weekly meetings to address systemic actions within key projects of the organization; • VSM mapping with Vision e-VSM Software quarterly to identify improvement opportunities and manage these actions; • Developments of improvements within the Factory Layout using AutoCad software; • Carrying out improvement projects related to Lead Time and Inventory Value reduction, such as changing the milk-run of raw material suppliers; localizing imported components; frequency of adequacy of stock sizes according to changes in customer demands; creation of internal milk-runs to supply assembly lines; • Accompaniment of visits by foreign personnel to the factory and presentation of projects to foreign visits;

• Perform production schedule according to demands requested by customers and follow-up of deliveries; • Follow-up of materials with programmers and suppliers, ensuring the supply chain to the factory; • Control and analysis of customer production and EDI adherence; • Conducting weekly meetings to align various issues related to logistics, production and improvement projects; • Production leveling in the SAP system; Creation and monitoring of dashboards and logistics KPI’s; • Implementation of improvement projects related to logistics, for example, creation of the VSM of the main product families, which represent 80% of the company's cost, outsourcing projects for machines and production molds, project to reduce the cost of inter-plant freight after vehicle occupancy monitoring and adaptation to occupations practiced (annual saving 204 K); • Accompaniment of visits by foreign personnel to the factory and presentation of works to foreign visits;

• Development of methods, standards, work plans and flow of operations related to the production line; • FMEA and PFMEA creation, predicting/updating failure modes and process optimization using quality tools; • Development of continuous improvement projects in assembly lines, hot plate welding machines, hot air welding machines, vibrational plastic welding machines, tightness testing machines, injection machines and thermoplastic blowers, generating increased productivity, financial return and waste reduction; • Review of takt time to synchronize the process with the manufacturing script and technical production documentation recorded in the SAP system; • Development of standardized packaging projects for various products. Preparation of standardized work instructions for production lines; • Preparation of product manufacturing scripts;

• Development of methods, standards, work plans and workflow operations related to the production line, vibrational plastic welding machines, stamping machine, laser embrittlement machine, End Off Line inspection devices, robotic painting lines, assembly carousel and others; • Start-up of new projects and try-out in lines of mounting on carousel system; • Conducting chrono-analysis in all production floor in the factory; • Takt time review to synchronize scripted processes manufacturing process and technical production documentation; • Development of continuous improvement projects regarding innovation in factory layout and innovations for parts stocks for the Shopstock System and FIFO System; • Management of purchases for sectors related to process engineering and follow-up services of direct purchase orders;

• FMEA and PFMEA update predicting/updating failure modes and process optimization using quality tools; • Takt time review for synchronize the process with manufacturing script and technical production documentation registered in the SAP system; • Elaboration and updating of maintenance systematics preventive and predictive testing of machinery in order to increase the availability of machines with minimal repair time; • Calculation of KPI’s machine stops (Downtime) and overall factory efficiency indicator (OEE) through the use of the real productive monitoring system (EGA); • Calculation of consumption reports and MTTR, MTBF, PI indicators through the SAP system PM modules (Professional Maintenance). Monitoring of monthly expenses with maintenance; • Programming with equipment manufacturers to carrying out specialized maintenance of equipment; • Purchasing management and follow up of purchase requisitions for tools, spare parts and machinery; • Development of continuous improvement projects in plate assembly lines, hot plate welding machines, vibrational plastic welding machines, leak testing machines, injection machines and thermoplastic blow molding machines, generating reduction of production waste;
