With a PhD in Energy Systems and an MBA, I focus on creating value through renewable energy, energy storage (BESS), and strategic optimization. As part of my academic work at AGH University of Krakow, I founded a new postgraduate program — “Energy Transition in Local Government Units”, dedicated to empowering municipalities and regional leaders in building energy resilience and implementing green transformation projects. I specialize in strategic development, investment processes, and organizational transformation, supporting decision-makers in designing sustainable and profitable energy portfolios. I work across academia and industry to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
