- Main task at the beginning of this traineeship was to lead and organize the practical implementation of the layout change, that was planned in my BA thesis. - Other tasks were to improve operations in the downstream of the production chain, which included i.a. improving material flows and cutting waste through Lean development. - Also substitution of the production management during summer period
