Key responsibilities: - permanent management of Import Purchasing Dept. (5-7 employees), delegating and controlling tasks, purchasing processes, procedures etc.; - participation in everyday operational meetings with higher level managers; - participation in regular meetings regarding the procurement of different workshops; - participation in Tender Comission and private sessions (incl. sessions of Competitive Bidding within Open Tenders); - full cycle purchase of air conditioners, brake parts (chambers, dicsc, mechanisms, complete systems - ESP, ABS etc.), hydraulic cylinders, tyres and complete wheels, complete trailer axle aggregates, fifth wheel systems, automatic trailer couplings, bolts and nuts, etc.; - current stock control and analysis; - purchasing orders (especially huge ones) control and approval; - permanent communication (written and oral) with foreign suppliers from EU, UK, China, Turkey; - supervision of shipments of ready goods, control of goods movement; - communication with other departments regarding significant issues requiring management involvement; - direct negotiations with suppliers (physical); - supervision of consideration, agreeing and signing of contractual documents with suppliers; - permanent process of improvement of cooperation terms and conditions (prices, terms of payment, production lead-time etc.); - supervision of on-time payments to suppliers; - cooperation with such famous companies as Cling, Webasto, Eberspacher, ZF Wabco, Knorr Bremse, Interpump Hydraulics, Robert Seuffer, Continental, Michelin, SAF-Holland, BPW, Jost, Vibracoustic, Schlemmer, E.Jaeger, Freudenberg, Trelleborg, Guarnitec, Norm Civata, VARVIT, Thunder Sky etc.
