As project coordinator I was involved in a supporting role with financial, personnel and general administration of externally funded projects (European Research Council ERC and the Academy of Finland) and their communication and networking duties, including organizing and coordinating conferences and seminars with international visitors and taking care of their travel arrangements and reimbursements. The duties required constant personal cooperation with researchers and the wider university services. My working languages were Finnish and English.

My responsibilities as administrator in anthropology at the University of Helsinki have included close cooperation with the academic staff implementing and developing a highly successful curriculum. I have worked in administrational teams on three departments and two faculties during my 20-year career. My experience in an international academic environment provides me with excellent qualifications, organization skills and flexibility for working in customer service, event planning and interpersonal relations in different contexts. I have managed the discipline office providing support and services for the teaching staff as well as domestic and international students of all levels. One of my main duties has been personal communication with international visiting scholars and various administrative arrangements for them. I have continuously received positive feedback from students, staff and visitors alike, both professionally and personally.
