Some years ago I started the initiative "Seniors for Talents". A network of Business Executives who are motivated to coach young graduates who are not successful in finding their first job. This initiative is awarded in 2010 with "The best Corporate Responsibility Project" In my private live I am a passionate Mountain Biker and are always looking for opportunities to participate in a remote competitive event all over the world.
