Also support for all program production control for flight material. Supplier maintenance & Oversight, Metrics for On-time deliveries as well as purchase order line receipt and accounts payable reconciliation.

Machined / Sheetmetal Parts, PCBA's, & Cable Assemblies Responsible for supplier management of machined / Sheetmetal parts, printed circuit boards, and cable assemblies, electronics and hardware for displays flight intelligence unit production. Procured 'AOG' flight parts / assemblies, third party equipment for Rogerson Blackhawk fleet helicopters. Also sourced and procured critical need MRO, Chemicals and raw critical material requirements for production / engineering support. Supplier maintenance & Oversight, Metrics for On-time deliveries as well as purchase order line receipt and accounts payable reconciliation.

Responsible for key supplier management of complex machined parts and higher level assemblies

Responsible for Space level Active Components from all Major OEM’s as well as Spacecraft Panels, Heat Pipes, build to print Complex Machine Fabrication {Standard & Special Metals}, Motors, Resolvers, and Actuators, Sensors Mechanisms, Glass Optics and Wave-guides, Ring Forgings / castings. Also member of Commodity Engineering Team for Active Electronics’

Responsible for Chassis Machine and Cast {Dies} Bonded Assemblies. Major Fabrication, Frames, Gimbals & Rings, Glass Optics, Hermetic Devices, IFF / RF Substrates, PCB / PCBA’s, Heat Sinks / Heat Exchangers as well as Raw Material / Sheet Metal, Test Equipment / Tooling, Custom Packaging / Cases {Shipping containers} to various ‘Mil’ and ‘Space’ Standards for Woodland Hills, Canton R & D activities, and Salt Lake City Manufacturing facilities. Also Sub-Contracts Administration for Civil Overhaul & Repair with off shore NGC divisions as well as off shore suppliers. Critical hardware electronics sourcing for production and spares, O & R / AOG services

Responsible for High End Actives / Passives Components, Machine Fabricated Hardware, Custom Wire / Cable, as well as Custom Packaging / Tooling to various ‘Mil’ and ‘Space’ Standards for Azusa, and Colorado Facilities, as well as various Space Flight Centers for Production / Engineering R & D critical material support requirements.

Responsible for the planning buying & management for high dollar machined fluid control assemblies made from castings, forgings & raw materials, Electro-mechanical hardware. Turn-key assemblies, Critical hardware and electronics part sourcing for production as well as government spares / depot requirements.

Responsible for Mechanical, Sheet Metal, Machining, Tooling / Turnkey assemblies, Electronic components, PCB & PCBA assemblies. MRO, Capital, Computer / Peripheral, Network Equipment for Engineering, Operations, Facilities, & Program Management. Electronic components, PCB, and PCBA’s. Labels Seals and custom Tapes. Rental, Lease of Computer / Test and Measurement Equipment also Support Services for Engineering, Operations, Facilities, & Program Management. Team – Lead for all contract employees under Purchasing.

General certification for Aerospace manufacturing.
