Arthur Yi

I am the Group CFO of Singtel - focused on value creation and capital management to enhance stakeholder value for the Group and the growth of the Group’s regional associates across Asia through driving initiatives and establishing key relationships. I am also spearheading the Grab-Singtel digital bank joint venture – GXS Bank – seeking to build something special in the region with the most seamless and secure digital banking experience to meet unmet banking needs. Beyond my work in Singtel, I am a firm believer of giving back to the society and community through my contributions with fellow Singtel colleagues to the Singtel Touching Lives Fund, supporting students from low-income families in my capacity as the Treasurer and Trustee of The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund, and raising awareness of kidney health and render dialysis services to the needy in my role as former Chairman of the National Kidney Foundation (NKF). I have also been appointed as Justice of Peace in Singapore since 2020. I have recently been appointed as a board member of the Singapore Tourism Board, and I look forward to working with the team to shape Singapore as a vibrant and inspiring destination that we are proud of especially in a post-Covid world. Outside of my work and community service, I spend a great deal of time with family. I cycle in my free time, and in recent years, I have also picked up gardening - a calming hobby that brings out my “creative” side, and I also started yoga.
