I have more than 13 years of experience in this role, leading a team of over 60+ professionals who provide a range of HR services to clients across various industries and sectors. My core competencies include setting and achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), developing new business opportunities, and partnering with HR leaders and stakeholders to deliver customized solutions that meet their needs and expectations. I also have a strong background in HR consulting, executive search, and market research, which enables me to identify and attract top talent, analyze and optimize HR processes, and anticipate and respond to market trends and challenges.
