More than a decade as a Corporate Flight Attendant in private aviation, my responsibilities were not limited to only serving passengers but also extended to strategic roles like managing people, personnel record-keeping, dealing with employee disputes as well as creating a positive working environment, and being active in maintaining a good team spirit. As part of my duties, I have been responsible for outfitting and preparing a new plane to join the operation, crew recruitment, service training, provisioning and catering the flights, discussing remuneration packages, and ensuring that established procedures are followed. I consider myself resourceful, self-motivated, and confident in what I do. This stems from the fact that I do not see my work as only a source of income but as my hobby and passion. In addition to my professional experience, I have two degrees where one of them being in Personnel Psychology and Human Resource Management which I believe to be the bridge that connects the gap between the employee’s performance and the organization’s strategic objectives.
