- Network Design using WAN Technologies like MPLS and routing protocols (ISIS, OSPF, BGP) - Managing internet traffic on redundant uplinks providers using BGP. - Deployment of CDNs, upgradations, maintenance, and coordination with CDN providers like Google, MNA, Netflix, Cloudflare, and Akamai etc. for network upgrades and traffic trends. - Design, Maintenance and Provisioning of MPLS based L2, L3 VPN circuits. - Management of routing/switching/security protocols in the network e-g ISIS, BGP, MPLS. - Maintaining high network availability to meet SLAs for business clients. - Troubleshooting Core Network devices (Cisco ASR 9k Series, Juniper MX-960, MX-480, MX-240, PTX10001, Huawei NE40 and M14, Nexus 9k, ME3600x, Catalyst Switches 9000 Series, Juniper QFX) for maintenance of MPLS cloud. - Responsible for Network connectivity with Interconnect Partners for L2VPN extension and Intranet Traffic flows. Established controlled BGPs with multiple interconnect partners for optimal routing. - Interacting with vendors and external parties for hardware installation, configuration of Network devices, and driving projects with proper timelines, planning, documentation, and minimum resource utilization. - IOS upgradation, Line card replacement, and Power Modules Replacement. - Managing inventory/assets for current and future requirements and directly coordinating with vendors. - Experience with internet routing, eBGP peer relationships, and routing policies. - IP Management and routine audit of IPv4 and IPv6 subnets. - Experience working on IP networking technologies, routers, switches, firewalls, and the application of routing protocols. (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS).

- Responsible for the configuration of IP/MPLS-based services such as L2, L3 MPLS VPNs, and IPoE internet circuit configurations. - Level 3 troubleshooting of individual customers having: 1. Premium (IPoE). 2. L2VPN circuits. 3. L3VPN circuits. - Managing interconnect with other ISPs for L2VPN services and establishing handoffs. - Managing traffic on internet uplinks. - Traffic prioritization for corporate customers. - Troubleshooting of cooperate customer's issues. - Handling SLA customer queries and resolving their issues while maintaining the department's KPI. - Troubleshooting of all IP/MPLS services as offered by NAYAtel. - Handled the IP whitelisting service for all the Business, Enterprise Hubs and Government organizations. - Liaison with the other operational departments to complete the assigned/tasks and projects on deadline.

- Troubleshooting of cooperate customer's issues. - Technical support of FTTH - Providing technical support to users on their LAN/WLAN problems.

- Planning, Commissioning and Designing. - Inspection, Replacement and Restoration. - AutoCAD and Visio Layouts. - Layer 1 and 2 Connectivity. - Network infra(Switches, Servers, firewalls, Load balancers). - Raised flooring, Gensets, power supply till racks, backups like UPS and Rectifiers, FSS. - Designing, Planning & Optimizing of Data Centers according to TIA-942 standards. - Approval of Planned Activity Requests (PAR) with respect to its nature (service effecting or non-service effecting). - Laying, Tagging, Termination and Testing of Fiber Optics. - Maintenance and Installation of racks, Cable Tray, Fiber ducts. - Level 1 support to all DC operational queries and DC emergencies. - Responsible for the OTDR Testing (JDSU Tester) . - Level 3 support to all the remote hand support activities to all the Multinet customers. Cloud NOC Support level 1.
