• Conducted HR interviews for a variety of positions and led a talent mapping database project to improve the hiring process • Facilitated the induction and hiring process for new joiners and performed an analysis on the exit interviews of the firm for higher retention • Assisted in the firm wide Mentoring program, Basecamp training and supported daily ad hoc HR tasks

• Authored a capability building playbook as a one stop guide for all training modules used at different levels of the business and successfully presented the analysis of the project to an audience of Senior Managers • Refurbished existing learning & development modules that were delivered to employees in 400+ Pizza Hut outlets across India

• Assisted in the sourcing and recruitment process by providing support in evaluating resumes and conducting phone screenings • Promoted jobs by generating ads via Facebook adverts, LinkedIn campaigns and employee referrals in association with the social media marketing team
