Fraser River Tunnel Project Currently working as a Project Estimator on the Fraser River Tunnel Project, contributing to one of the most complex infrastructure developments in Western Canada. I lead the estimation of key scopes including marine works, dredging operations, immersed tunnel installation, and ground improvement using stone columns. My role also involves developing detailed cost estimates for in-river and on-land combiwall systems and bridge pile foundations, ensuring alignment with design intent, constructability, and project constraints. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop competitive and technically robust estimates. My responsibilities include quantity take-offs, productivity analysis, marine equipment selection, and risk-based pricing. This role requires a deep understanding of marine construction, geotechnical engineering, and large-scale infrastructure execution, along with a focus on cost optimization, value engineering, and constructability.

• Assist the business development and operations department with reviewing requests for proposals, preparing bid packages, and developing proposals for future projects. • Review all received bid documents, collecting the necessary technical and commercial information, drafting the proposal package, and leading the development of supplier and subcontractor packaging and pricing for each project. • Conduct a detailed analysis of received contract requirements and request for proposal packages • Coordinate the proposal process through scheduling tasks, gathering resources, and preparing the proposal within client’s deadlines • Lead developing cost estimates for each bid • Brief engineering consultants and seek requests for proposals to perform engineering design services • Review and advise on company tendering requirements • Generate and compile all necessary technical and commercial documents required for bid submission • Support operations as required • Delivery of comprehensive, timely, and professionally produced proposals • Prepare and conduct handover of awarded projects to the operations team • Lead assessment and improve development of bid packing processes, procedures and programs

• Provide technical and engineering support to project management team during the commencement and construction periods • Assist project management team in the preparation of Project Execution Plans, Project Programmes and other project pre-commencement documentation • Ensure that the Project Execution Plan, Environment Management, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Management, Inspection Test Plans, Project Schedule Risk Management Plans and other project Plans are followed and executed accordingly • Comply with HSE standards of IPC and the client and participate in the project’s HSE programs • Assist project management team with the day-to-day project administration activities on site • Assist Project Manager with contract administration, and preparation and administration of subcontracts • Monitor job progress, and provide daily status reporting to the Project Manager, Senior Management, and client • Compile quantities and supporting data for progress and change order claims • Prepare Pipe Plans and work packages as required Compile site personnel timesheets and expense claims for payroll • Update and maintain the Project Schedules, Shaft and Pipe Plans • Ensure environment and quality control measures are in place on site, are maintained, documented and prepare reports as required • Participate in daily site meetings, and reporting • Participate in planning meetings internally, with the client and sub-contractors • Perform site procurement duties in conjunction with the Project and Procurement Managers • Work with engineering consultants to validate project designs • Assess possible risks for the project, and create a risk management plan for mitigating risks, in collaboration with the Project Manager, Manager - Engineering & Technical Services, HSE • Maintain good client and stakeholder relations • Participate in innovation, development, and expansion of IPC’s expertise

• Preparing successful construction claims • Reviewing tender drawings and specifications to compile bid packages. • Creating purchase orders for additional materials needed on-site. • Conducting on-site inspections to oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations. • Performing quantity surveys on-site and generating quantity reports to verify material usage against project requirements. • Providing daily progress updates to the construction manager and preparing Daily Progress Reports. • Managing project documentation including submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders, submittal logs, RFI logs, drawing revisions, and other project files. • Analyzing available information to calculate project costs and assess project feasibility. • Preparing and revising reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and designs.

• Managed a team of 5-7 focused on the completion of issued projects within the given deadlines through planning, organizing, controlling, and commissioning. • Demonstrated dependability through managing multiple projects at a time from the beginning till the substantial completion of the projects. • Prepared detailed estimation for the commercial building including quantity takeoffs and sub-trade details. • Developed and implemented work schedule with detailed resource allocation. • Supervised construction sites and monitored the compliance of health and safety protocols in place. • Provided technical advice and consultancy for ongoing projects to resolve problems and conflicts on site. Demonstrated dependability through managing up to 3 projects at a time with substantial completion. • Continuously worked with the client to achieve the best-desired result throughout the project. •Coordinated with subcontractors to meet the tight schedule of projects in the budget.

• Maintained constant liaison with the Quality Control to ensure the inspection are aligned with the activities and schedule. • Coordinated with the Project Manager to monitor that the project is following the budget, schedule, and design. • Managed submittals as well as communicated the details and requirements of the submittal process to suppliers.
