Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Drilling Equipmentsas TDs,Cat engines,Mudpumps and IDS Equipments as, TRS equipment (casing running tools, power tongs, elevators, slips). Inspect TRS tools before and after operations to ensure safe and efficient performance. Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic faults. Maintain service reports, inspection records, and job logs. Follow HSE policies, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work systems. Coordinate with drilling crew, supervisors, and company representatives. Ensure tools meet OEM specifications and API standards. Handle and maintain hydraulic hoses, power packs, and control systems. Maintain housekeeping and proper storage of TRS equipment.

Covering All structure to wellhead and all hoisting systems, Hydraulics and Conventional.highpressure lines and systems. And Including with Power generation. Audit and inspection ( carried out) on most of equipments using sampling techniques and function test recomended by manufacturers and Standards ,ie API,OEM,LOREL etc..

Management and Leadership of the Maintenance- and Infield Supervisors in the Operation. As A Team Leader encourage teamwork, motivate the employees and use the technical and personnel resources to achieve set objectives • Responsibility for the regular maintenance activities on the assigned drilling- and work over Rigs • Implement and maintain relevant policies, procedures and work instructions and ensure compliance with these • Periodical review of the effectiveness of planned maintenance routines and preparation of corresponding reports. Where required, make recommendations for improvements to system and facilitate implementation • Liaise with Maintenance Superintendent, Rig Manager, Client personnel, Third Party vendors and rig site personnel to ensure the effective planning and execution of maintenance activities to minimize impact on drilling operations • Provide support to the Maintenance Superintendent regarding maintenance budgets and work scopes • Liaise with vendors with respect to repair of equipment, to ensure quality of work, completion in timely and cost effective manner • Conduct periodic rig maintenance visits to installations within area of responsibility . Key Skills & Experience • Comprehensive experience of several years in the field of Equipment and Maintenance or related functions • Leadership skills are essential for this position, corresponding experience would be beneficial
