381 million AUD the Project consist of construction of heavy anchor blocks, drag anchors and Installation of Marine Barriers in WRDD. Key Responsibilities: 1. Managed the project by developing and implementing a detailed work plan to meet the project’s goals and objectives. 2. Collaborated closely with the project teams, consultants, client and sub-contractors for the operation and completion of the project as per schedule and budget. 3. Assured the compliance of scope technical department for the structural, architectural and MEP. 4. Identified the resources and manpower requirements as per the schedule and coordinate with the Human resource department for their mobilization. 5. Keeping the management and stakeholders informed and making suggestions on critical issues considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, feasibility, and acceptance. 6. Identified and assured with HSE department for the proper and required training to be given to the Engineers/ Supervisors and manpower.

1524 million AUD Airport expansion project HIAP EP-012 comprised of tunnel/Underpass, 11 Substations, 10 buildings, Road, water tank, Deluge Tank, PCC, and utilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Managed the Project by developing and implementing a detailed work plan to meet the project’s goals and objectives by managing various contactors involved. 2. Responsible for the operation and completion of the project as per budget and on time by collaborating with the project teams, Consultants, Client, and Contractors. 3. Coordinated with the technical department for the structural, architectural and MEP scope to ensure compliance. 4. Identified and allocated engineers/Supervisors/Foremen for the various work as per the milestone and project schedule. 5. Reviewed and approved requests for various material requirements for the project and coordinated with the procurement and contract team for the timely delivery of material.

50 million AUD the Project consist of construction of heavy underwater foundations, underwater concreting, steel structure installations, anchor blocks, and Installation of Marine Barriers for navy surveillance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepared work procedures, material approvals, lift plans, reviewing shop drawings and reviewing design reports. 2. Prepared micro schedule with the contractors and updated it to client. 3. Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly progress report to management and client. 4. Manage the engineering project office and project management office to ensure the complete and timely execution of the design and construction phase. 5. Lead the technical interface between technical experts, and the project office to ensure that the design and construction phase of the project is completed and all deliverables provided in accordance with technical and contractual requirements. 6. Prepared and raised monthly measurement sheet for the payment to consultant and client.

1120 million AUD the Project consist of construction of 5 km bridges and 6 underpasses. 760 million AUD the Project consist of 11 bridges Key Responsibilities: 1. Planned, managing, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget. 2. Prepared construction schedules and monitored progress against established milestones. 3. Monitored & Implemented Quality, Health & Safety Management system at Projects. 4. Monitored the activities of subcontractors and vendors. 5. Ensured that all activities are performed in compliance with the Client requirements, Company Health, Safety and Environmental Management System and the assigned specific responsibilities. 6. Ensured method statement and risk assessment are in place for all tasks involved, which should be briefed to all operatives and supervisors on duty. 7. Prepared progress reports and issued progress schedules to clients.

150 million AUD the Project consist of construction of 132/33 kva substation, culverts, manholes and access roads. 750 million AUD the Project consist of integrated chiller, freezer, laundry, dining, substation and accommodation facilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepared Daily Progress Reports and reporting it to Project Engineer. 2. Executing work according to approved work procedures, material approvals, inspection test plans and drawings. 3. Checked Reinforcement work prior to doing any concrete casting and rechecked post concrete finishing. Monitored the masonry work and concrete, plastering work.

Project consist of construction of 40 residential apartments, manholes and pavements.
